Current session 2005-6:

• Rep. Barney Frank and Rep. Dana Rohrabacher reintroduce States' Rights to Medical Marijuana Act (HR 2087), which would let California and other states regulate & provide for medical marijuana without DEA interference. Tell Congress to support States' Rights to Medical Marijuana.
• Rep. Sam Farr sponsors Steve McWilliams Truth in Trials Act (HR 4272) granting an affirmative defense under federal law for medical marijuana in accordance with state law. Tell Congress to support Truth in Trials Act.
• Bill to legalize hemp farming introduced by Rep. Sam Farr and Rep. Pete Stark. Ask Congress to support the Industrial Hemp Farming Act (HR 3077).
• Congress rejects Rohrabacher-Hinchey amendment to stop federal war on medical marijuana, but California delegation votes 35-19 in favor.
